The Somerset Hills Soccer Club offers financial aid to qualifying participants in all our programs. Our financial assistance policy is as follows:
Eligibility
- Only residents within the club’s service area (Bedminster, Bernards Township, Bernardsville, Far Hills, Harding, Long Hill, Martinsville, Peapack-Gladstone and Warren) are eligible for financial aid and they must be residents at the time of registration
- All out of service area players who received financial aid for the spring 2011 season will remain eligible for financial assistance until they leave their respective SHSC team
Applications
- Financial aid applications must be submitted for each season for all programs (Junior Kickers, Intramural, and Travel)

Deadlines
- the deadline for Spring 2012 Travel (not including high school), Intramural and Junior Kicker applications is February 26, 2012
- late submissions for Spring 2012 must be submitted by March 11, 2012, however please note that funds available for assistance may be limited after the February 26 deadline
- FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER MARCH 11, 2012 WILL BE RETURNED
Aid Grants
- Financial aid grants will be determined based on need and available funds
- Applications received by the regular deadline will be assessed as the primary group
- Applications received by the late deadline will be assessed as the secondary group and aid granted will be subject to funds available after the primary group grants have been determined
- All financial aid recipients are required to contribute a nominal amount ($25 minimum)
Communication
- Financial aid grants will be communicated in writing by the Club Administrator within 2-3 weeks of the respective deadlines
Payment
- Payment of the remaining balance of registration fees after financial aid has been granted is due immediately upon receipt of communication from the Club Administrator
