Readington Tournament Sept. 6-7
The Cobras won the Readington Tournament with a 4 - 0 record. They won their games 6-1, 7-1, 3-0, and 2-0 in the finals.

On Saturday, September 06, the Cobras participated in the Readington Soccerfest Tournament. The first game, against Greater Flemington United, was started off with an assist from Ryan Corcoran to Connor McKeon. Billy Johnson took part in many counterattacks and tackles, bringing the ball up the field to lead to the goals. Goal Scorers were: Owen Doran, 3;Connor McKeon; Ryan Corcoran,
In the second game, the Cobras faced Westfield Parana. Caleb Ho excelled on both sides of the field, with a shutout in the first half in goal, and a goal in the second half. Patrick Jackson’s strong play led the Cobras defense. Owen Doran was named the man of the day with an outstanding two hat tricks, one in each game!
On Sunday, September 07, the Cobras faced off against South County Hawks. Neil Farley stopped the Hawk’s progress from defense during the first half, and made a shutout in goal for the second. Eric Keller controlled the game from center midfield.
The Cobras met the South County Hawks again in the championship game, where Jimmy Martinson pushed forward the attack to lead the Cobras to a win, and Que Joseph set up many opportunities and assists. The player of the day was Max Halper, who stopped a sure goal when the goalie was down and received a harsh slide tackle and returned to the game.
