The SHSC travel program offers talented young players the opportunity to enjoy the fun and camaraderie of a team environment, while enhancing their skill development and competing at a higher level. Playing on a travel team also requires a greater commitment by the player and family. Typically, teams practice twice a week with games on Sundays. In addition, teams usually play in a few weekend tournaments each year.

SHSC travel teams play in the U8 through U19 age groups in Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association leagues and other soccer leagues affiliated with New Jersey Youth Soccer. These travel teams have professional trainers as well as parent volunteers that serve as coaches and team managers. Tryouts for the teams are held each spring for the following fall & spring seasons.
